Shipping & Refund Policy

1. General Terms
All purchases made through Evoke Coffee Lab’s official online store or authorized retailers are subject to the terms outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping and Refund Policy.
Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions (e.g., strikes, government funding issues)
- High-volume periods (e.g., holidays)
These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If you’re completely dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to try a different coffee, please reach out via our Contact Us form. We may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
4. Failed Deliveries
- If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Damages & Defects
If your order arrives damaged or has a factory defect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the same item.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
We strive to ship orders quickly. Once an order is placed:
- Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
- Contact us immediately if you notice an error, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins.
7. Bulk Orders
Evoke Coffee Lab products are sold for personal use only. Resale is not permitted without prior authorization.
- Orders of five (5) or more of the same item may incur cosmetic damage during transit.
- Such damage is not eligible for refund or return.
- Report any concerns within 7 days of delivery.
8. Limitations of Liability
Evoke Coffee Lab is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping delays due to address errors or incomplete information
- Product misuse or unauthorized usage
