You retain rights to any content you submit ("User Content"), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in all media. You agree your content complies with laws and doesn't infringe rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content for any reason.

15. Export Controls

You agree not to use our services in violation of U.S. export laws.

16. Data Processing

By using our Sites, you agree to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and other jurisdictions. We use Stripe for payment processing. Refer to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy.

17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive rights to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. All legal actions must be brought in courts located in Illinois, except as required by arbitration.

19. Subscriptions

By starting a subscription with Evoke Coffee Lab, you agree to recurring charges until paused or canceled. Cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle.

20. SMS Program

If you opt into SMS notifications, you agree to receive automated texts from us. Message/data rates may apply. Text "STOP" to unsubscribe.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, the rest remain enforceable.

23. Miscellaneous
